在混合流动模型的基础上,建立了一个新的二维、稳态、非等温、两相流的单电池电化学反应模型。此两相流模型将催化剂层作为一个实体层来处理,而不是将其看作是一个没有厚度的界面。模型在组分方程中还考虑了水分的相变,并在能量方程和动量方程中考虑了水分相变带来的影响。模型模拟了空气过量系数变化时PEMFC阴极中氧气和水的扩散传递及浓度分布过程。分析操作参数对电池性能的影响,以便得到最佳操作参数,为燃料电池的实际应用提供参考。
A 2-d, steady-state, non-isothermal, two-phase flow model with electrochemical reaction was presented based on the mixture model in literature. In this model, catalyst layer was regarded as thin layer rather than interface without thickness; phase change of water was considered in species equation and energy equation, as well as momentum equation. Effect of stoichiometric rate of air and hydrogen on oxygen and water transfer and their concentration distribution in PEM fuel cell was analyzed. The results are very helpful for optimizing operating parameters and application of PEM fuel cells.
