动态特性是理解质子交换膜燃料电池性能的重要参数之一。运用燃料电池测试系统、恒电流/恒电压多通道测试仪和燃料电池电流密度分布测试装置,试验测量了质子交换膜燃料电池在不同加湿温度、电池温度和压力下的电流分布动态响应和动态特性。研究发现:不同区域的局部电流达到新的平衡所需的时间不同;加湿温度变化时,不同区域的局部电流的变化趋势各不相同;电池温度从333K升高到363K时,在气体通道方向上,局部电流由降低的变化趋势转变为增大的变化趋势。研究结果对质子交换膜燃料电池性能的优化有重要的指导作用。
Dynamic characteristics is one of parameters for understanding of the performance of PEM fuel cells. Fuel cell test system, multichannel measure apparatus of constant current/constant voltage and measuring gasket of current density distribution were used to measure the local current in PEM fuel cell. The influence of humidification temperature, fuel cell temperature and pressure on dynamic response and characteristics is analyzed. The results show that the time of reaching new equilibrium is different for different area; the change trend of local current is different for different area with the change of humidification temperature; when fuel cell temperature increases from 333 K to 363 K, decreasing trend of local current along the gas channel is change to increasing trend. Experimental results are very helpful for performance optimization of PEM fuel cells.
