目的研究温度变化对PEM燃料电池动态特性的影响,分别比较不同加湿温度和电池温度下PEM燃料电池的动态特性,找到最佳加湿温度和电池温度.方法通过测试PEM燃料电池的伏安特性和交流阻抗,采用等效电路法研究燃料电池中的欧姆阻抗和法拉第阻抗,分析电池温度和加湿温度对燃料电池的伏安特性,欧姆阻抗和法拉第阻抗的影响.结果实验得出电池温度和加湿温度不同对PEM燃料电池的影响不同;不同的电池温度和加湿温度对电池的电阻变化影响不同.结论当加湿温度低于电池温度10K时,电池性能最好,欧姆阻抗和法拉第阻抗最低;因此实验结果对PEM燃料电池性能的优化具有重要意义.
This paper was proposed to investigate the effect of temperature on the dynamic characteristics of PEM fuel cell. The optimal humidification temperature and cell temperature were found based on the comparison of dynamic characteristics of PEM fuel cell with different humidification temperature and cell temperature. The volt ampere characteristic and the impedance of the PEM fuel cell were tested using the equivalent circuit method to study the Ohmic impedance and Faraday impedance influenced by the cell temperature and the humidity temperature. The experimental results showed that the optimal fuel cell performance was revealed with the lowest Ohmic resistanceand Faraday impedance when the humidification temperature was lower than the cell temperature by 10 K. The conclusions of this experiment have important significance for the optimization of the performance of PEM fuel cell.
