Agricultural technology improvement was an important technical innovation policy carried out by the people＇s government in order to promote the development of agricultural production, increase crop yield, meet the needs of the rapid development of industrialization, which also was an important strategic measure to accelerate agricultural modernization. In the agricultural cooperation movement, the people＇s government set up agricultural technology promotion network, increased efforts in the construction of irrigation and water conservancy, reformed the traditional farming system, improved farming technology, gave plant diseases and insect pests prevention and control knowledge for the majority of the farmers by the agricultural cooperatives. While in the process of advancing, there were also some shortcomings, but overall, the reform of agricultural technology made great achievements, meanwhile which promoted the development of agricultural modernization.
