通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对分散在硅油中不同尺寸的镓颗粒的相转变行为进行了系统研究。结果表明,随着颗粒尺寸的不断变化,镓的相结构也发生了变化,即颗粒的相结构与其尺寸相关,不同尺寸的镓颗粒对应着镓的稳态相和不同的亚稳相。针对该结果给出了可能的机理解释。
The phase transition behaviors of gallium particles with different size dispersed in silicone oil are studied by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The result shows that the phase transition behaviors occurred with the change of the gallium particles size. The particles with different size corresponded to stable or metastable phases of gallium. A possible mechanism is discussed.
