将胶原与黑荆树单宁反应合成了胶原-单宁树脂(C-TR),系统研究了其对水体中Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附特性。结果表明,C-TR对Hg(Ⅱ)有很强的吸附能力,当温度为303K时对Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附容量可达到3.126mmol·g·1。pH对吸附容量的影响较大,适宜的pH范围为4.0~9.0。C-TR对Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附平衡符合Langmuir方程,升高温度,平衡吸附量增大;吸附动力学可用拟二级速率方程很好地描述。Cl-的存在会影响C-TR对Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附,但即使在Cl·浓度较高的情况下,C-TR对Hg(Ⅱ)仍有较强的吸附能力。Al(ⅡI)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)几乎不影响C-TR对Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附。本研究表明,C-TR可用于水体中Hg(Ⅱ)的去除。
The collagen-tannin resin (C-TR) was prepared by reacting collagen with black wattle tannin,and the Hg(Ⅱ) adsorption behavior of the prepared C-TR were systematically investigated.The results show that the C-TR has high adsorption capacity to Hg(Ⅱ),and it can reach 3.126 mmol?g?1 at 303 K.The pH value has a significant effect on the adsorption capacity of C-TR to Hg(Ⅱ),and the optimal pH value is in the range of 4.0 to 9.0.The Hg(Ⅱ) adsorption isotherms of C-TR can be well fitted by the Langmuir equation,and the adsorption capacity increases with the increase of temperature.The Hg(Ⅱ) adsorption kinetics data can be well described by the pseudo-second-order reaction model.The adsorption capacity of C-TR to Hg(Ⅱ) is affected by the presence of Cl-.However,the C-TR still exhibits significant adsorption capacity to Hg(Ⅱ) even with the presence of relative high concentration of Cl-.It was found that the presence of some co-existing metal ions,such as Pb(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ) and Al(Ⅲ),in the solution has almost no effect on the adsorption capacity of C-TR to Hg(Ⅱ).Therefore,the C-TR can be used effectively for the removal of Hg(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution.
