针对传统机械零件耐磨可靠性分析仅考虑"安全-失效"二级工作模式,而实际工程中往往存在中介状态的问题,考虑了磨损零件的"安全-中介-失效"三级工作模式,提出了具有中介状态的机械零件耐磨可靠性向量概念,利用零件磨损量的概率分布特点以及描述中介状态的安全隶属函数,建立了考虑中介状态时机械零件的耐磨可靠性向量分析方法。可靠性向量分析的结果是求出机械零件工作期间处于各种工作状态的概率,即安全概率PR,中介概率PM和失效概率PF,它们联合起来被称为可靠性向量[PR,PM,PF]。此方法可广泛应用于机械系统或零部件的可靠性分析及设计。
Traditional wearability reliability analysis of mechanical elements considers only "safety,failure" two-level working mode,but actual engineering commonly works with intermediate state.To solve this problem,the notion is proposed that wear mechanical elements take on three-level working mode i.e.safety,intermediate and failure states.The concept of reliability vector of mechanical elements with intermediate state is brought forward.A wearability reliability analysis method of mechanical elements with intermediate state is put forward by statistical parameters of wear and the security membership function which describes intermediate state.The results of reliability analysis should be safety probability(reliability) PR,intermediate probability PM and failure probability PF of the mechanical element,which compose so-called reliability vector[PR,PM,PF].This method can be widely used in reliability analysis and design of mechanical systems or elements.
