为了更好地预测、分析和处理水合物造成的不良后果,以川气东送管道为例讨论了天然气水合物的形成原因,提出了输气管线水合物预测模型,并建立了水合物形成预测的压力和温度计算模型,编制了“水合物预测软件”,预测该管道线路和场站的水合物形成条件和易形成水合物的区域.文中通过以上方法很好地预测了川气东送管道水合物的形成区域及情况,该预测方法可用于天然气管道线路水合物的形成预测.
Hydrate have repeatedly casued corrosion and ice plug phenomena,thus affecting the normal production and safe operation of gas transport line, and even led to some shutdown events. In order to better the forecast, analysis and treatment of the hydrates easued by adverse consquences, with the Sichuan-East gas transport pipeline taken as a particular example to discuss the reason for the natural gas hydrates formation, this paper proposes gas pipeline hydrate predicting model assumptions and foeeast a- nalysis steps. It makes the hydreates formation prediction of the pressure and temperature calculation model, and programmes" the hydrate prediction software" to predict Sichuan-East gas transport pipeline nutural gas pipeline and stations of hydrate formation conditions and gas hydrates easier formation region. "Hydrate prediction software" composed of two parts is designed by the Mat- lab software. For use in the prediction module of natural gas hydrates formation temperatures and in the pipeline of natural gas hy-drates formation condition. In this paper, with the above method for a good prediction of situations in the Sichuan-East gas hydrate foramtion regio,we can know that the method can be well used in natural gas pipeline hydrates formation prediction.
