为达到节能降耗的目的,指明节能挖潜的方向,并为合理分析长输天然气管道能耗提供依据,以涩宁兰天然气管道为例,从输量、温度、压缩机效率3个方面分析长输天然气管道能耗随不同影响因素的变化规律,利用回归分析法对比分析不同影响因素对长输天然气管道能耗的影响规律,研究各影响因素间的相互联系,找出对能耗影响程度较大的主要因素。分析结果表明:管道输量、压气站出站压力和压缩机的效率对长输天然气管道生产能耗影响较大;地温和压气站的出站温度对长输天然气管道的生产单耗影响较小;生产单耗随着管存的减小而呈上升趋势,且管存越小,生产能耗上升的幅度越大。(图13,表5,参13)
Taking the Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline as an example, this paper discusses the variation of energy consumpion in long-distance gas pipeline with different influential factors, in aspects of throughput, temperature and compressor efficiency, in order to conserve energy and reduce consumption, identify the potential area for energy conservation and provide the criteria for the reasonable analysis on energy consumption. Regressive analysis is conducted to compare and analyze the influeces of influential factors, and identify the relationships between such factors, so as to define the most influential ones. The analysis results indicate that, (1) the throughput, outlet pressure of gas compressor station and compressor effectiveness have major influences on energy consumption of long-distance gas pipeline, (2) ground temperature and outlet temperature of gas compressor station have minor influences on energy consumption of long-distance gas pipeline, and (3) energy consumption increases as pipeline inventory decreases and the lower the pipeline inventory is, the faster the energy consumption increases.
