元学习能力即学会学习的能力,影响元学习能力的因素有很多。在前期研究的基础上,对湖南省两所大学进行实证分析,发现:成就动机、自我效能、成就归因、元认知、个人禀性、校园氛围和教学环境等均对元学习能力存在显著的影响。其中,校园氛围和教学环境的影响程度最为深远。相关教育工作者应该致力于创建符合本科生特点的学习环境,促进本科生元认知水平提升,引导本科生合理地设计知识结构,并制定适合不同本科生的元学习能力培养策略。
Meta-learning ability is the ability of knowing how to learn. Factors influencing meta-learning ability are a lot. After preliminary research,through the empirical analysis of two universities in Hunan Province,this paper finds out that: achievement motivation,self-efficacy,achievement attribution,meta-cognition,personal temperament,campus atmosphere and teaching environment have the significant impact on meta-learning ability. Among them,the degree of campus atmosphere and teaching environment influencing meta-learning ability is the most. Educators should aim to create learning environment which is in line with the characteristics of undergraduates,promote undergraduates' meta-cognition level,lead the undergraduates to design their knowledge structure rationally,and develop meta-learning ability cultivation strategies for different undergraduates.
