核电厂控制系统的数字化改变了操纵员在事故处理中的角色,带来了新的人因问题。本文以核电厂事故规程为研究对象,探讨规程的数字化对操纵员心智负荷和作业绩效的影响,实验以三种自动化水平的规程为自变量:纸质规程、电子规程、基于计算机的规程。实验结果显示:当自动化水平较高时,人员作业绩效较好且心智负荷有降低的趋势。实验结果可为核电厂操纵员培训及事故规程的自动化设计提供参考。
Some automation allocation problems are carried by digitizing the human-system interface in main control rooms(MCRs).To improve human performance,the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of automation on mental workload and operation performance in the advanced MCRs.The study provides design implementation guidelines for three types of computerized procedures;they are(a)paper-based procedure;(b)electronic procedure;(c)computer-based procedure.Experimental results reveals that the automation allocation type with higher ratio automatic mode result in the superior primary task performance,and the lower mental workload.The paper provides an experiment result which could be a reference for operator training and nuclear power plant main control room design.
