Based on concluding the operators' work characteristics in digitalization control system,the paper illustrates the psychological load mechanism,and the relationship with operations performance,and analyzes operators' mental workload in the process of manipulating separately from system design(automation level and human-computer interface),operators' personality traits and team communication way.Thus it is possible to provide some suggestion to design system,train operators and select team communication.
