n型钙钛矿结构的CaMnO3热电氧化物是目前极有应用潜力的新型高温热电材料。利用Ca(NO3)2·2H2O、Mn(NO3)2为起始原料,去离子水为溶剂,加入适量乙二醇,以柠檬酸为络合剂,制备了CaMnO3溶胶。通过煅烧干凝胶前驱物制得了钙钛矿型CaMnO3多晶体粉末。利用TpDTA、XRD、FT-IR及SEM分析了所得产物。结果表明,干凝胶前驱物经过950℃煅烧5h,可制得单-钙钛矿型CaMnO3多晶粉末。
n-type CaMnO3 oxide with perovskite structure is one kind of promising thermoelectric materials which can be applied in high temperature fields. In this paper, CaMnO3 colloid was prepared through sol-gel method with citric acid as chelate, deionized water and ethylene glycol as solvent and, Ca(NO3)2 · 2H2O, Mn(NO3)2 as starting materials. Perovskite polycrystaline CaMnO3 was prepared via calcining precursor of the dry gel. In the end, analyzed properties of CaMnO3 precursor or powder with TG-DTA, XRD, FT-IR and SEM, the results indicated that, the perovskite-structured CaMnO3 polycrystaline could be formed though calcining precursor at 950℃ for 5h.
