采用区熔法和机械球磨(MM)与放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术相结合制备P型Bi2Te3基热电材料。在300-423K的温度范围内测试了样品的电导率、Seebeck系数和热导率。系统研究了球磨时间对合金化与热电性能的影响。球磨10h的样品在室温时具有最低的热导率,因此其热电优值高于其它样品,在室温时达到最大值0.995。
the P type Bi2Te3 based thermoelectric materials were prepared by zone-melting, mechanical alloying(MM) and spark plasma sintering. Electrical conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity of the sintered samples were measured in the temperature range of 300K-423K. The effect of milling time on alloy formation and thermal properties was investigated in system. The optimal figure of merit ZT of the milling for 10h sintering material was highest because of low thermal conductivity. And it reached 0.995 at room temperature.
