通过问卷和访谈等方法,对北京市八所高校就业指导工作进行调查研究,发现现阶段高校就业指导工作在开展与宣传、内容与理论、机构与人员、硬件与评估等方面反映出一些问题。针对这些问题应独立设置就业指导工作机构,保证高校就业工作部门资金充足和信息完备,开设就业指导专业并着力开展高校大学生就业指导的理论研究,建设和配备专兼职相结合的高校就业指导工作人员队伍,加强高校就业指导工作的调研和统计工作,开展高校就业指导的评估工作,逐步发挥和强化高校就业指导工作的反馈作用和附属功能。
This paper investigates the current status of employment guidance in eight colleges and universities in Beijing by questionnaire and interview.It indicates that there exist several problems in the development and propaganda,content and theory,agency and team,facility and evaluation of university employment guidance.It argues that employment guidance agencies should be set up independently.Adequate funding and complete information is necessary.Universities should set up the specialty of career guidance and carry out the theoretical study of career guidance.Universities should build the full-time and part-time staff team of university employment guidance.Research and statistical work should be strengthened.Evaluation and assessment should be carried out.More attention should be paid to the feedback and subsidiary function of university employment guidance.
