The changing employment conditions have caused a series of problems to college graduate Party members who involve in the transfer of their membership credentials： Some of them attach little importance to the transfer of their membership credentials ideologically, showing a very weak sense of organization; some grass-roots Party organizations have an incorrect understanding of the membership credentials transfer so as to make the management of the membership credentials transfer in a very passive situation; the management of college grass-roots Party organizations fail in completion for they are not equipped with sufficient institutions and personnel; and some workers of grass-roots Party affairs are not familiar with their work and cause the incompletion of management to the Party building work. College graduate Party members＇ membership credentials transfer management should be completed by doing the following work： strengthening the education and cultivation of the Party spirit and try to improve college graduate Party members＇ sense of the Party membership; standardize the transfer procedure to improve the transfer work; exercising strict management of the membership credentials transfer and strengthening the education and supervision of the Party members who are in charge of providing services of membership credentials reception; innovating the way of management to assist college graduate Party members to carry out their membership credentials; and improving the mechanism of organization to promote the institutionalization of the membership credentials reception of college graduate Party members.
