以地铁驱动齿轮箱为研究对象,建立了包括结构子系统与传动子系统在内的齿轮系统动力学有限元分析模型,基于Newmark-β逐步积分方法求解得到了齿轮箱振动响应,并与结构噪声测试结果开展了对比研究。在此基础上,研究了轮齿修形与转速对地铁驱动齿轮箱振动特性的影响。研究结果表明,地铁驱动齿轮箱结构噪声计算值与测试值两者规律吻合良好,验证了分析方法的合理性;轮齿修形可以有效降低齿轮传动系统的振动噪声,特别是在激励频率处的结构噪声;转速与结构噪声间的关系并不是呈线性规律变化。研究结果为地铁齿轮传动系统的动态性能设计提供了一定理论参考。
Taking the subway driving gearbox as the research object, the dynamics finite element analysis model of gear system is established including the structure sub - system and the transmission sub - system. Then the vibration response of gearbox is calculated with the help of the Newmark -β method and the structure noise test is also studied on the experimental bench of subway gearbox. On this basis, the influence of gear modifica- tion and speed on the vibration characteristic would be also studied. The result shows that the rationality of anal- ysis method is approved by comparing computational results and experimental tests, the gear modification could effectively reduce the structure borne noise of gear transmission system, especially the structure borne noise at the excitation frequencies, the relationship between speed and structure borne noise is not a linear rule. The re- search result offers some academic reference for dynamic property design of subway gear system.
