This paper takes the high-speed ceramic bearing electric spindle used in laboratory for example,establishes the 3D FE modle of the spindle and calculates the result of vibration modle analysis of it in the ANSYS. The first five natural frequency and vibration modles of the spindle are obtained and we analysis the result with rigidity support compared with elasticity support.They lay a solid foundation for the dynamic characteristic analysis of the ceramic bearing electric spindle in the next.
