作为一种高性能异步电动机传动,精确的转矩转速和位置控制对于高速电主轴来说是必需的.当前存在两种高性能交流调速控制系统,即矢量控制系统和直接转矩控制系统,而直接转矩控制系统更加得到了高度关注.本文在介绍高速电主轴传动结构特点和数学模型及存在的问题的基础上,给出了直接转矩控制原理,并分析了将直接转矩控制应用到高速电主轴调速系统上的优越性.
As a high performance AC asynchronous motor drive system, accurate torque and position control is necessary for high-speed motorized spindle. This paper presents direct torque control principles and analysis of some advantages of applying direct torque control to high-speed motorized spindle based on introducing drive structure characteristics, model equations and existent problems of motorized spindle.
