激光冲击强化技术(又称激光喷丸)是利用强脉冲激光产生的压力冲击波在金属材料表层产生应变硬化的一种新型表面强化技术。激光冲击强化后的工件必须进行检验,在实际工程应用中,由于强化处理后的工件常常不可能再进行破坏性实验来检验强化效果,因而进行合理的激光冲击强化效果的无损检测是激光冲击技术工程应用的关键。本文提出了用残余应力、表面粗糙度、显微硬度等来检验激光冲击强化的效果,并用实例加以验证。
As a new surface strengthening technology, laser shock processing (laser peening) uses intensepulse laser to produce shock waves on metal surface, which induces strain hardening on the surface of metal. The workpiece must be inspected after LSP, but the workpiece should not be destroyed to identify the effeck of LSP. As a result, selecting the appropriate examination is the key of LSP applied in engineering. Residual stress, surface roughness, microhardness were brought forward to inspect the effect of LSP.
