通过循环伏安法(CV)、微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)和计时库仑法(CC)等研究了邻仲丁基苯酚(o-sec butyl phenol,osBP)在碳糊电极上的电化学行为.结果表明:在pH7.5的B-R缓冲液中,osBP在碳糊电极上发生的氧化反应是受吸附控制的不可逆等电子、质子转移过程,且氧化产物部分被还原.氧化峰电流与浓度在1.0-200μmol/L之间呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为0.54μmol/L.相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.2%(n=5),该法用于模拟环境水样分析,加标回收率为84.9%-98.6%。
The electrochemical behavior of o-sec-butyl phenol (osBP) was investigated oncarbon paste electrode by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, chrono-coulometry and other electrochemical methods. The results showed that an adsorption-con-trolled process with electrons the same as protons transfer was occurred on the electrode. Itshows good linear relationship between oxidation peak current and the concentration of osBPin the range of 1.0-200 ~tmol/L by DPV. The detection limit (S/N=3) of analyticalmethod was 0.54 μmol/L. The relative standard deviation is 3.2% (n=5). The method hasbeen applied to the determination of osBP in spiked environmental samples with recovery of84. 9%-98. 6%.
