研究了邻仲丁基苯酚(osBP)在多壁碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极(MWCNTs/CPE)上的电化学行为。结果表明:在pH=8.0的B-R缓冲溶液中,osBP在MWCNTs/CPE上发生的氧化反应是一个受扩散控制的不可逆等电子等质子过程。氧化峰电流与osBP浓度在1.0×10^-6~2.0×10^-4mol/L之间呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9990),检出限(S/N=3)为1.15×10^-7mol/L。建立的差分脉冲伏安法用于水样分析,加标回收率为85.3%~98.0%。
The electrochemical behavior of ortho-sec-butylphenol (osBP) was investigated on a multi- walled carbon nanotubes modified carbon paste electrode by cyclic vohammetry. The results showed that the electrooxidation of osBP was a two-electron and two-proton process on the surface of MWCNTs/ CPE. It showed good linear relationship between oxidation peak current and the concentration of osBP in the rangeofl. 0)〈10 6-2.0×10 4mol. L-1 byDPV. The detectionlimit(S/N=3) was 1.2×10-7 mol. L-1 with RSD of 3.38% (n=7). The method has been used to determine osBP in spiked environmental samples with the recoveries of 85.3%-98.0%.
