In this paper, the postantibiotic effects （PAE） of 5 kinds of antibiotics against bacterium Aeromonas hydrophila were determined by colony counting. The results showed that at the concentrations of 1, 2 and 4 MIC, all these five antibiotics have PAE against bacterium Aeromonas hydrophila, and the time of PAE was prolonged with the increase of as the antibiotics concentrations.
