为深入了解生物膜形成的具体过程,建立了模拟循环海水养殖系统,进行了生物滤池挂膜、运行试验,研究了生物膜形成过程中附着生物膜浓度及氨氮、亚硝酸氮去除效果的变化规律。结果表明,实验中生物膜形成过程可分为潜伏期、增长期、稳定期和脱落期,整个周期约为30~35d,天然植物载体填料和较高的进水氨氮负荷有利于生物膜的快速形成。
A simulation recirculating seawater aquaculture system was established, and experiments on the inoculation and operation of the biofilter were conducted to explore the formation process of biofilm on the surface of support packing in biofilter. The changes of fixed biomass concentration and removal efficiency of ammonia and nitrite were examined. Results indicated that the periodicity of the process was 30--35 days and could be divided into 4 stages: the incubating period, the growing period, the stabilizing period and the falling period. The natural plant packing and high influent ammonia concentration were favorable for the formation process of biofilm.
