本文对油膜轴承专用GMM激励器(GMA)的动态性能进行了研究。通过所设计的GMA动态性能试验台,测试GMA输出位移信号与输入电流信号之间的幅值比和相位差随激励信号频率及施加于GMA上的预应力之间的变化关系。在建立了动态性能试验台的动态理论模型基础上,结合动态响应性能测试结果,计算获取GMA场耦合系数d33和阻尼比ζ两个动态特性参数。
The paper discussed the dynamic performance of GMM actuator(GMA) special for oil film bearings. By designing the dynamic performance test bench, the relationship of the amplitude ratio and phase between the input current signal and output displacement signal that is changing with the frequency of excitation signal and prestress imposed on GMA is acquired. On the basis of establishing the theoretical model of the dynamic performance test bench, we integrated the result of the dynamic performance test with it, then two feature parameters of GMA:coupling coefficient d33 and damping ratio ζ are obtained.
