在考虑由激光溅射产生等离子体粒子流质量分布为非弹性和非均匀性的两种情况下,用分子动力学方法模拟了基于分形理论的粒子流碰撞效应对等离子体速度与空间数密度分布的影响.计算结果表明:在粒子质量为分形和均值分布情况下,系统的速度分布和空间数密度分布由于能量耗散均偏离了初始分布,在质量为分形分布情况下,这种偏离更加明显;粒子分布呈现中间密、两端疏的分布特征.相应的模拟结果能与实验观测结果较好符合.
The inelasticity and ununiformity of the plasma-particles induced by pulsed laser ejecting were considered. The effect of particles collision of particles on velocity and space number density was studied using molecular dynamics (MD) method based on the fraction theory. The results show in two conditions namely even mass and uneven mass distribution, the velocity and plasma number density all deviate initial distribution because of energy dissipation; in the condition of mass for fraction distribution, the deviation is more remarkable; the whole particles density showed an interior dense outer attenuate fusiform profile. These results of the particles action based on the proposed fractal and inelasticity model are found to be in agreement with the experimental observation.
