阿片既有强大的镇痛作用，又能产生明显的欣快感觉及成瘾作用。长期使用阿片样物质或阿片依赖成瘾患者免疫功能普遍低下，人类免疫缺陷病毒的感染率、肿瘤的发生和转移率均有所增加。在免疫细胞中也存在相应的阿片受体，同时免疫细胞也能分泌某些阿片肽。现就阿片及其受体对免疫系统的影响予以综述。

Opioids produce powerful analgesia and play key role in euphoric feeling and addiction. Longterm use of opioids and opioid-dependent patients in addiction show poor immune function, with high ratio of human immunodeficiency virus infection, tumor occurrence and metastasis. Immune cells also express opioid receptors ,while immune cells also secrete certain opioid peptides. This article reviewed impacts of the opioids and opioid receptors on immune system.
