检测白芍水提物对中性粒细胞cAMP-磷酸二酯酶(PDE)活性影响,并观察其对大鼠角叉菜胶致足肿胀和大鼠佐剂性关节炎病理模型的作用,探讨其抗炎机理和效果。结果显示,白芍水提物对中性粒细胞cAMP-PDE活性具有极显著的抑制作用(P〈0.001),并能显著抑制(P〈0.05)大鼠角叉菜胶致足肿胀和大鼠佐剂性关节炎足肿胀。研究表明,白芍水提物可能通过抑制cAMP-PDE活性,升高炎症细胞cAMP水平发挥抗炎作用,其抗炎成分有待于进一步研究。
To approach the effects and mechanism of anti-inflammation by detecting the activity of cyclic adenosine monophosphate phosphodiesterase(cAMP-PDE) in neutrophils with Baishao aqueous extract, and observing the effection on hind paw swelling level in rat paw-swelling model by carrageenan and adjuvant-induced arthritis model. The results showed that Baishao aqueous extract had a significant inhibition on cAMP-PDE activity(P〈0. 001), and on hind paw swelling level in rat paw-swelling model by carrageenan and adjuvant-induced arthritis model(P〈0.05). The research Showed that Baishao equeous extracthad anti-inflammation by inhibiting the activity of cAMP-PDE, raising the level of cAMP. The anti-inflammatory ingredients in Baishao equeous extract need further investigation.
