为了获取特重车交通荷载特性以及对特重车过桥所产生的桥梁动力响应和桥梁安全进行分析,从河北宣大高速公路某大桥安装的健康监测系统实时记录的3年交通荷载数据库中,定义并提取了1319个特重车交通荷载工况,记录的荷载信息包括车型、车速、车质量、车长、行驶车道和车辆到达时刻,对特重车交通荷载样本进行统计分析从而获得各参数特征。以一座6跨连续T梁桥为例,利用自主研发的BDANS软件中的随机车流一桥梁耦合振动分析模块,计算了特重车交通荷载作用下桥梁的空间动力响应,并与考虑冲击效应的公路I级设计荷载对应响应进行对比。研究结果表明:少量特重车工况下桥梁强度超限,超限工况主要为单辆特重车过桥工况,最大超限率达到15%。
In order to find out extra-heavy truck load features,and to analyze the corresponding bridge dynamic responses and bridge safety, 1 319 cases of extra-heavy truck load were defined and extracted from the 3 years real-time traffic load monitoring data recorded by a health monitoring system installed on a bridge in Xuanda Expressway in Hebei Province, the traffic load information including truck type, speed, quality, length, traffic lane and arriving time, and statistical analysis was conducted for extra-heavy truck load to obtain the characteristics of each parameter. A 6-span continuous T-beam bridge was taken as an example to calculate the bridge dynamic response under extra-heavy truck load by the random traffic-bridge coupled vibration analysis software in BDANS and the results were compared with those under highway Class 1 design load with the consideration of impact effect. The results show that there are only several bending moment overrun cases and these cases are mainly a single extra-heavy truck crossing thebridge, and the maximum overrun rate of bending moment is up to 15%.
