为确保钢筋混凝土桥墩能够按照设计方案顺利地爆破拆除,首先利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS—DYAN建立了钢筋混凝土桥墩的分离式共节点模型;然后对其爆破拆除过程进行了数值模拟;最后对爆破切口处钢筋和混凝土的应力,墩顶处钢筋和混凝土的位移、速度分别进行了分析。结果表明,运用ANSYS/LA-DYAN模拟的共节点分离式模型可以真实地体现出钢筋和混凝土的力学性能差异,模拟计算结果可为今后的数值模拟和理论基础的进一步研究提供良好的平台。
In order to ensure the reinforced concrete bridge pier can be demolished by blasting successfully according to the plan, firstly, a reinforced concrete pier was simulated based on the discrete common node model with the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYAN; secondly, the process of blasting demolition was simulated ; lastly, the stress of rebar and concrete at the blasting gash, as well as their displacement and velocity at the top of the pier crown were analyzed separately. The results show that the difference of the mechanical properties between rebar and concrete, which was simulated by discrete common node model with ANSYS/LS-DYAN is truly reflected. The results can provide a good development platform for further research of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.
