针对目前公路车-桥耦合分析系统功能的不足,建立了随机车流-桥梁耦合振动精细化分析框架,该分析框架尽可能考虑了桥梁上通行车辆荷载的随机特性。采用交通信息采集系统和动态称重设备对交通荷载数据进行系统全面的观测,记录每辆经过观测断面车辆的到达时间、横向行驶位置、车速、车型和质量,在此基础上形成可以重现真实交通场景的随机车流;针对单主梁和梁格法桥梁分析模型,开发一个包含典型车型库,可以考虑桥面空间路面粗糙度,具有单向及双向多车道设置功能,车型、车辆悬挂系统、车辆质量、横向行驶位置、车速、障碍物位置和尺寸等参数随机功能的分析系统,并基于OpenGL技术着重开发了随机车流过桥动态可视化功能;最后,分别以1个单主梁和多主梁桥梁为工程实例,采用典型路段观测到的实际交通荷载研究了随机车流荷载对桥梁结构的影响。结果表明:所建立的随机车流-桥梁耦合振动分析系统具有明显的优越性。
On the basis of functional deficiency of the current highway vehicle-bridge coupling analysis system,a refinement analysis system of random traffic-bridge coupling vibration was established,with the random nature of passing vehicle loads on a bridge considered.The traffic information acquisition system and dynamic weighing facility were used to conduct comprehensive observation for traffic load data and to record arrival time,transversal traveling location,speed,type and mass of each vehicle passing the tested section,based on which,random traffic flow was formed to reflect actual traffic situation.Aimed at single girder and grillage method bridge analytical model,an analytical software,in which a typical vehicle database was included with spatial road roughness considered,was developed,and the software had the function of setting one-way and two-way multi-lane and analyzing random values for parameters such as vehicle type,vehicle suspension system,vehicle weight,transversal traveling position,vehicle speed,bump position and obstacle dimensions.Then dynamic visualization of random traffic flow passing bridge based on OpenGL was developed.Finally,taking a cable-stayed bridge of single main girder and a multi-girder bridge as examples,the influence of traffic load on bridge structure was studied in details.The results indicate that the traffic-bridge coupling vibration system is of advantage.
