In this paper, the concepts of （∈,∈∨q（x,p））-fuzzy k-left （right） ideals and generalized fuzzy k-left（right） ideals of semiring are given and some equivalent characterizations and some properties of （∈,∈∨q（x,p））-fuzzy k-left （right） ideals of semiring are also obtained. Besides, we also discuss some properties of homomorphic image and homomorphic preimage of it.
