Firstly, based on the soft sets, we gave the set of parameters a algebraic structure of semigroups, and obtained the concept of the soft subsemigroups. Next, we also got some of its equivalent characterizations. Then by using the intersection and the AND Opertaion of soft sets, we obtained that the intersection and the AND of two soft subsemigroups were also soft subsemigroups. In addition, we also gave the properties of the image and inverse image of the soft subsemigroups. Finally, we gave the new concept of the K-soft semigroups, and discussed some of its basic properties.
