针对当前我国城市雨水内涝日趋严峻以及社会安全性需求高涨的形势,提出了基于系统风险的城市雨水管网设计方法和城市雨水管网系统设计风险管理方法,并建议采取城市雨水管网系统模拟分析与设计校核、基于系统可靠度的城市雨水管网设计以及基于系统风险的城市雨水管网设计的三阶段路线图来逐步实施。
Nowadays, urban flooding is very severe and demand for social safety is very high in China. In this context, urban storm sewer system design method based on systematic risk and relevant risk management methods were presented. A three-step roadmap for urban storm sewer system design was proposed, including simulation and verification of urban storm sewer system, urban storm sewer system design based on systematic reliability and urban storm sewer system design based on systematic risk.
