对高速磁浮TR系统的轨道梁结构型式及功能区各功能面的精度要求进行了分析,考虑到我国的机加工能力和经济状况,对曲线地段定子面、导向面和滑行面分别采取了直线拟合和曲线拟合的方式,得到了各功能面的拟合误差及不同长度的功能件在不同的定子布置方式和不同曲率的导向面下的平圆曲线和竖圆曲线半径的合理取值范围.研究结论为完善高速磁浮线路设计标准提供了必要的理论依据.
This paper gives a detailed description of the structural types of guideway of high-speed maglev TR system and the precision requirements of three function planes. In view of the machining ability and pecuniary condition in our country, it' s better to use line and curve to fit stator plane, guidance rail plane and sliding rail plane in curve section. Furthermore, the reasonable span of horizontal and vertical radius are obtained with the modules of different length, the stators of different layout mode and the guidance rail planes of different radius. These research findings will provide a necessary theoretical basis for improving the circuit design standards of high-speed maglev.
