从新制度经济学理论视角出发,分析了学生综合素质、教师指导次数、学生主观能动性和奖惩机制等四要素对于高校毕业论文质量的影响及作用机制,以浙江省某高校财经专业2009和20l0届毕业论文为例进行了实证研究.结果表明:学生综合素质和教师指导次数与论文质量呈正相关,学生主观能动性对论文质量具有相关性,奖惩机制一定程度上有助于提高毕业论文质量.
Based on new institutional economics perspective, influence that was imposed by four factors (overall quality of students, teachers' guidance times, students' subjective initiative, and reward and punishment mechanism) on quality control of university graduation thesis was analyzed, and university graduation thesis quality control mechanism was studied. Empirical study was taken with examples of graduation thesises from finance and economics majors of some university in Zhejiang province in 2009 and 2010. Results showed that the overall quality of students and teachers' guidance times are positively related to quality of graduation thesis, students subjective initiative correlates with quality of graduation thesis, and the reward and punishment mechanism does help to the improvement of quality of graduation thesis to some certain extent.
