In the past decades, venture capital across the world growed fast,at the same time,innovation in science and technology developed abviously. In the intellectual community, many research about the relationship between venture capital and innovation have done from theoretical and empirical. We analyse the literature from the definition of venture capital, indicator of innovation, relationship between venture capital and innovation, causality about venture capital and innovation, and look forword to the forthcoming research.
