As population in Henan province and the major grain-producing provinces, low carbon logistics construction relative lag in agriculture. Based on the status quo of Henan agricultural low carbon logistics is analyzed, it is concluded that the Henan a- gricultural low carbon logistics in supply chain is too long, logistics specialization degree not higher points. Low carbon logistics development in Henan province agriculture are analyzed internal and external driving factors. Finally according to different prob- lems put forward the suggestions to improve the Henan agricultural low carbon logistics.
