随着河南省工业化和城镇化快速发展,各类废弃物排放量也高速增长。当前河南省废弃物物流的处理效率较低,基于此文章从三个层面分析了河南省废弃物物流的现状及存在的主要问题,包括政府层面（法律制度、执法力度和废弃物物流投资）、企业层面（废弃物减量化意识和废弃物物流集成化程度）以及居民层面（生活废弃物处理及监督意识）,并针对上述问题,提出了相应对策以促进河南省废弃物物流科学发展。这些措施对促进河南省废弃物物流资源化、无害化、减量化具有重要意义。

英文摘要：

This paper analyzes the status and the main existing problems of waste material logistics in ttenan province from three levels, including the government level （legal systems, law enforcement and the investment of waste material logistics）, enterprise level （waste material reduction consciousness and waste material logistics integration degree） and reside,it level （daily waste treat- ment and supervision consciousness）. In view of the above problems, we put forward the con＇esponding c.ountermeasures to pro- mote the scientific development of waste material logistics in Henan province. They are important to promote reclamation, harm- lessness, and reduction.
