在生态足迹模型的基础上,将生态足迹划分为本底生态足迹和旅游生态足迹,构建了本地生态足迹模型,由饮食、住宿、交通、游乐、购物和废物6个子模块组成的旅游生态足迹模型,以区域可持续发展差量、区域可持续发展指数、区域生态效率指数为指标的可持续发展度量模型,综合评价区域可持续发展状态;以贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州为研究区域,进行了西部典型山区可持续发展的度量研究;研究结果表明。黔东南州2005年资源消耗以本地居民消耗为主,游客对生态足迹贡献率较小,旅游生态足迹约为89 660 hm^2,仅为本底生态足迹的1/15,且以交通子模块贡献率最大;2 362.97美元/hm^2的旅游生态效率指数远高于457.58美元/hm^2的非旅游生态效率指数,亦高于1 106美元/hm2的全球生态效率指数;生态承载力供给盈余约为859 859 hm^2,区域可持续发展指数为0.61,全州处于“良”的可持续发展状态。
New methods and systems to measure the regional sustainability in mountainous areas whose tourism is blossoming has been a focus in the past few years.As a basic model of this research,the ecological footprint model(EF) has been applied to measure the regional sustainability.In this research,EF was divided into background ecological footprint(BEF) and tourism ecological footprint(TEF).The TEF model was made up of 6 subsystems,which were diet,accommodation,transportation,sight-seeing,shopping,waste.And three key indicators,which were dispersion of sustainable development,indicator of sustainable development(ISD) and indicator of eco-efficiency(IEE),together with six sustainable development states divided by employing golden-section theory,which were excellent,fine,medium,bad,commonly unsustainable,seriously unsustainable,were employed to comprehensively measure regional sustainability.Prefecture of Southeast Qian,a typical mountainous area situated in the southwest of China,was taken as a case study area.The study result reveals that:(1) the resources were consumed mostly by the local people,the tourist made only a little contribution to total EF in Prefecture of Southeast Qian,2005,TEF with its largest subsystem of transportation was 89 660 ha in 2005,only one in fifteen of BEF.(2)the eco-efficiency of tourism of US$2 362.97 per ha outclassed the eco-efficiency of non-tourism of US$457.58 per ha, was also higher than the eco-efficiency of global level of US$1 106 per ha.It implied that the tourism in this area was high eco-efficiency.(3) EF was lower than EC,and the ecological surplus was 859 859 ha,ISD was 0.61,Prefecture of Southeast Qian was in a fine condition in 2005.
