区域发展与水源保护的冲突是当前我国城市化过程中面临的主要环境问题之一，以上海西郊淀山湖湿地——大莲湖为研究区域，从内外源污染、水环境、底泥、生态环境等角度分析了水源区湖泊生态系统存在的环境问题，探讨了当前存在的主要环境冲突，并从区域发展与水源保护的综合视角出发，提出了规划层面以湖泊功能定位协调与生态功能分区相结合、操作层面以生态修复工程与产业结构调整相结合的湖泊生态修复途径。

英文摘要：

Conflict between regional development and water source protection is one of main problems during the urbanization in China. A case of Dalian Lake in the west of Shanghai City was studied. Based on the data of pollution sources, water environment, lake bottom sediments and eco-environment, the problems of the lake in water source area were analyzed, and the main environmental conflicts were discussed. In the double views of regional development and water source protection, an approach for lake ecological restoration of combining lake function setting with ecological zoning in the plan and combining ecological restoration project with industrial structure adjustment in the operation was put forward.
