利用粉煤灰制备莫来石是粉煤灰高附加值资源化利用研究的一个重要方面,本文采用正交实验的方法,利用电厂高铝粉煤灰制备莫来石,经过XRD对制备的莫来石样品进行物相组成研究,结果表明:利用粉煤灰添加部分工业氧化铝可制备出物理性能满足质量标准的莫来石,烧结样品其物相组成主要是莫来石和少量的玻璃相。影响烧结合成莫来石的主要因素是粉煤灰组成、烧结温度和保温时间,利用粉煤灰直接制备莫来石适宜的烧结温度为1550℃,恒温时间以4h为宜。
Preparation of Mullite is one of the important application of fly ash as a high valueadded material.In this paper,orthogonal test was applied to the preparation design of Mullite with highalumina fly ash derived from the Jungar power plant.Crystal phases of Mullite samples were analyzed by XRD.The results showed that high qualities Mullite can be obtained by using fly ash mixed with a part of industrial Al2O3.The phase of sintered samples are dominantly composed of mullite and a small amount of glasses.The major factors of the preparation progress are the composition of fly ash,sintering temperature,and perseveration time.The best sintering temperature and perseveration time are 1550℃ and 4h respectively for Mullite preparation derived directly from fly ash.
