利用分散剂在碳纤维分散体系中的Zeta电位变化,就碳纤维导电混凝土(CFRC)中最常用的分散剂甲基纤维素(MC)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC),对碳纤维分散性的影响进行了探讨.研究结果发现,在分散剂添加量为0.25%时,分散体系Zeta电位出现极值,CFRC试件的电阻率最小,说明Zeta电位准确地表征了碳纤维在MC和CMC溶液中的分散度;添加了甲基纤维素的试件比添加羧甲基纤维素钠的试件的电阻率小,说明高分子类型的分散剂甲基纤维素对碳纤维的分散效果要明显优于离子型分散剂羧甲基纤维素钠.
The effect of dispersant on dispersion system of carbon fiber was discussed.Methylcellulose(MC) and sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC) were chosen as dispersant.Experimental results showed that zeta potential has the maximum and the resistivity of carbon fiber has the minimum value respectively when dispersant content is 0.25%,which indicated that zeta potential is a good parameter to characterize dispersion behavior of carbon fiber in a liquid medium.The resistivity of test coupon with MC is smaller than that of CMC which suggests that MC has better dispersancy effectiveness than CMC.
