将生物免疫系统的核心内容——病毒感染机制引入遗传算法,提出了基于病毒进化遗传算法的水电站优化调度模型。通过病毒个体对宿主种群的感染,有效改善了种群多样性,提高了遗传算法的全局搜索能力。以福建省棉花滩水电站的年发电调度为例,对丰、平、枯不同典型年进行了优化计算。计算结果表明,各种典型年,病毒进化遗传算法获得的调度结果均优于标准遗传算法,与动态规划方法获得的结果十分接近。因此,基于病毒进化遗传算法的水电站优化调度模型是有效的和优越的。
An optimal operation model of hydropower station is proposed based on the virus evolution genetic algorithm(VEGA) that introduces into the genetic algorithm(GA) the virus infection mechanism that is the most important content of biological immune system.Through virus infection,the population diversity is effectively enhanced and the global searching ability of GA is improved.A case study of Mianhuatan hydropower station in Fujian province demonstrates the VEGA modeling of yearly generation scheduling in the cases of wet year,normal year and dry year.A comparison of the operation result of VEGA with those of standard GA and dynamic programming(DP) shows that VEGA in all the cases of inflow is superior to standard GA and comparable with DP.Thus,the VEGA optimal operation model of hydropower station is effective and superior.
