三维全景图像Integral Imaging(Ⅱ)是一种通过微透镜阵列来记录和显示全真三维场景的图像技术,它的一些突出特点使其在三维电视(3DTV)和可视化领域有着广泛的应用前景。当前,分辨率是限制Ⅱ技术发展的最重要因素之一。以计算机生成三维全景图像(CGⅡ)为出发点,用数值分析的方法从记录平面分辨率和衍射效应的角度对传统三维全景图像的水平分辩率、深度分辨率进行分析,分析了距离l,相邻干扰crosstalk、微透镜孔径、像素大小等与分辨率的关系,并用计算机仿真验证了分析结果。该仿真分析结果既为生成高分辨率Ⅱ图像提供了理论指导,又为下一代3DTV的发展提供了应用基础。
Integral imaging (Ⅱ) is a technique capable of displaying 3D images with continuous parallax in full natural color. It has become the most prospective technique in developing next generation three-dimensional TV and visualization field. Now, resolution is one of the most important factors, which limit the development of Ⅱ. The lateral resolution and depth resolution were analyzed based on the traditional Ⅱ system with numerical analysis methods and computer generated integral image (CGⅡ). The analysis was carried out from the view of record plane resolution and diffraction effect. The relationship between Ⅱ resolution and l, cross talk, lens pitch etc., was analyzed and verified by computer simulation. The simulation and analysis results can provide not only theoretical guidance for the generation of high resolution Ⅱ images but also provide application fundamental for the development of the next generation 3DTV.
