通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出不同形貌的ZnO纳米结构.详细研究了退火温度对ZnO纳米结构形貌的影响.结果表明退火温度对ZnO纳米结构的形貌有很大的影响.从扫描电镜结果看,900℃可以形成ZnO纳米棒,长度在2~3μm,直径在200nm左右.而且还讨论了ZnO纳米结构的生长机制.
ZnO nanostructures with different morphologies were synthesized by sol-gel method. The effects of annealing temperature on the morphologies of ZnO nanostructures were also investigated in detail. The results show that annealing temperature has great influence on the morphologies of ZnO nanostructures. From scanning electron microscope (SEM) results, it can be seen that the length of ZnO nanorocls was 2- 3μm and the diameter range from 100- 300 nm at 900 ℃. Moreover, the growth mechanism of the ZnO nanostructures was also discussed.
