基于发光二极管(LED)光学系统的非成像特点,利用光学建模和蒙特卡罗非序列光线追迹方法,同时考虑了环氧封装结构和反光碗两大影响因素,对LED的一次光学系统进行了优化设计。通过改变光学封装的相关参数,模拟了不同LED的发光亮度分布,并分析得到了两种部件的形状和材料因素对器件发光特性的影响及其优化的参考数值。这一设计方法和得到的优化参数对LED的一次光学系统设计具有一定的指导意义,并有助于降低LED封装的试验成本。
Based on the particularities of LED optical systems, an optimized design of LED primary optical system is performed by using geometrical modeling for optical components and Monte Carlo non-sequence ray tracking method. The intensity distributions of LEDs with different materials and packaging parameters are obtained and analyzed to get the optimum values of the reflector cup and epoxy resin structure, which are the two important parts in LED packages. The modeling and designing methods, including the optimized parameters, can provide some reference for LED primary optical system design, and these are also helpful to reduce the experiment costs in LED packaging manufactures.
