金红石是一种短缺的自然资源,以钛渣、钛铁矿等为原料生产人造金红石的研究和实践情况不断见诸报道。为了推动人造金红石生产技术的进步,对几种常见的人造金红石制备和生产技术进行了介绍,指出了这些技术的主要优缺点:(1)电热法生产人造金红石虽说"三废"少,工艺技术容易掌握,但其用电量大,生产的人造金红石品位较低,只能作为电焊条表面涂料。(2)酸浸法可获得高品位的人造金红石,但其副流程长,生产成本较高,生产过程中设备腐蚀严重,因而限制了该工艺的工业化应用。(3)亚熔盐法工艺流程较长,添加剂用量大。(4)选择性析出技术存在流程较长,能耗较高,酸耗较大等问题。(5)微波加热技术具有工艺流程简单,产品品质优良,生产能耗低,制备效率高,无环境污染等优点,是一项很有前景的人造金红石生产技术,但目前还仅局限于实验室试验阶段,因此,应加大工业化应用的研究力度。
Rutile is a kind of shortage of natural resources. The research and practice of producing synthetic rutile with titanium slag and ilmenite as raw materials have been reported continuously. In order to promote the production of synthetic rutile technology progress,several techniques of common synthetic rutile preparation and production are introduced in this paper,pointing out the main advantages and disadvantages of these techniques:(1) Although the "three wastes "are less and the process is easy to grasp for the production of synthetic rutile of electro-thermal method,its the power consumption is large and the grade of synthetic rutile is low. And the production can only be used as the surface coating of electrodes.(2) The synthetic rutile with high grade can be obtained by acid leaching method,but its side flow is long,the production cost is high,and the equipment corrosion is serious in the process of production,thus limiting its industrial application.(3) The process of sub molten salt is longer,but the dosage of additive is large.(4) Selective precipitation technology has such problems as longer process,higher energy consumption and higher acid consumption.(5) The microwave heating technology has the advantages of simple process,good product quality,low energy consumption,high production efficiency,no pollution,so it is a promising technology for the production of synthetic rutile. However,it is only limited in the stage of laboratory testing,and the research of industrial application should be strengthened.
