利用同步带传动爬齿机理,建立了传动误差数学模型,揭示了同步带传动误差为带轮一个节距转角的函数。基于Recur Dyn建立同步带虚拟样机动态传动仿真模型,通过数据采集及数值分析得出啮合点处带的爬齿轨迹-阿基米德螺线,仿真结果与试验结果一致,验证了仿真分析的准确性。并对新齿廓与L型梯形齿同步带进行传动精度对比研究,结果表明新齿廓同步带传动误差(Δθ=0.932 mrad)小于L型梯形齿同步带(Δθ=1.615 mrad),说明新齿廓同步带抗爬齿能力强于L型梯形齿,新齿廓同步带齿形设计更合理。
Using the mechanism of the tooth climbing of the belt,the mathematical model of the transmission error is established,reveals the transmission error of the synchronous belt is a function of the pulley pitch angle.Establish the virtual prototype dynamic transmission simulation model of synchronous belt based on Recur Dyn,through collect data and numerical analysis that mesh point with climbing tooth trace-Archimedes spiral,simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,to verify the accuracy of the simulation analysis.And compare the transmission accuracy of the new profile and L type trapezoidal tooth synchronous belt.The results showed that the transmission error of the new profile synchronous belt(Δθ =0.932mrad) less than L type trapezoidal toothed(Δθ = 1.615mrad),shows that the capacity anti climbing tooth of the new profile synchronous belt is stronger than L type trapezoidal tooth,the tooth design of new profile synchronous belt is more reasonable.
