通过SolidWorks建立了一对双圆弧齿同步带与带轮完全啮合的三维模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对双圆弧齿同步带进行了静态非线性接触仿真分析,并与梯形齿同步带的分析结果进行对比研究。结果表明:双圆弧直齿同步带的带齿和强力层等效应力均小于梯形齿同步带,为双圆弧齿同步带的设计和优化提供了一定的参考依据。
A three-dimensional model of the double circular arc synchronous belt and belt wheel was established by SolidWorks,the static nonlinear contact simulation analysis was carried out by the ANSYS software and the analysis results were compared with the trapezoidal tooth synchronous belt,the results show that the equivalent stress of belt tooth and strong layer of double circular arc straight tooth synchronous belt are smaller than that of trapezoidal tooth synchronous belt,which provides a reference for the design and optimization of double circular arc synchronous belt.
